At the Nia Michelle Experience, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
